Annual Fire Safety Statement and compliance audit
As part of the project, EBC Group supported the site’s Annual Fire Safety Statement requirements by helping ensure essential fire safety measures were reviewed, coordinated and documented appropriately. We also completed a Building Compliance Audit to assess the broader compliance framework, review documentation and identify any areas requiring further attention.
Emergency evacuation diagrams and hydrant block plans
To support emergency preparedness, our team prepared site-specific Emergency Evacuation Diagrams and Hydrant Block Plans. The evacuation diagrams were designed to clearly show exits, evacuation routes, assembly areas, emergency equipment and “You Are Here” markers. The hydrant block plans provided accurate information on hydrant locations and related fire protection infrastructure, supporting both compliance and practical emergency response.
