Tasmania’s “essential building services” are regulated by the Building Act 2016, Building Regulations 2016 & Director’s Maintenance of Prescribed Essential Building Services Determination. Building owners must maintain these services as per Form 46 Schedule of Maintenance and keep records for a minimum of 10 years.
